No. Everything is fully self-managed through the charging kiosk.
Your staff does not handle chargers, payments, troubleshooting, or customer issues.
No. The stations are provided free of charge, with no contract, and can be removed from the venue at any time by either party. If it’s not used or not a fit, we pick it up at no cost.
If a customer fails to return a battery, the customer—not the venue—is charged a replacement fee through the rental platform. Our daily charge to the customer is capped at $10 per day, for the first two days. If the battery is not returned to any of our charging stations after 48 hours, the customer is charged an additional $25 replacement fee for the battery, for a total of $45. The venue has zero liability for unreturned devices.

Installation is simple:
Setup usually takes 10 minutes or less and we handle the install for you.
Our most common model, the C8 Pro units contain 8 portable batteries. We usually remove one or two batteries at installation to allow open slots in the unit for batteries to be returned to your venue in the event they were rented from a different venue.
Each battery includes iPhone, USB-C, and micro-USB cables built in. Currently, our batteries will charge ALL smart phone devices as well as most vape pens.
Venues are not responsible for broken, stolen, or vandalized stations.
